NAPAMA Scholarship for CPAE Program Awarded
From International Arts Manager Magazine
North American Performing Arts Managers and Agents (NAPAMA) is a non-profit organisation which was founded in 1979 to represent performing arts managers, agents and artists.
The association acts as a voice for performing arts figures, providing members with professional development and industry alliances, through panels, seminars and networking events.
Benefits for members range from discounts on signs, software, advertising and conferences, assistance with stage and screen travel, tailored legal advice, extensive access to industry professionals and an exclusive means of networking with knowledgeable colleagues.
This month NAPAMA has awarded its first Certified Performing Arts Executive Scholarship to Nina Reynolds, Office Assistant, SRO Artists in Middleton, WI. Scholarships are awarded on an ad hoc basis to NAPAMA members (or persons working for a NAPAMA member organization). Successful applicants are required to complete two modules of the course before they receive their scholarship money. Interested applicants may contact Susan Endrizzi Morris, NAPAMA Secretary, for more information.
Information on the CPAE program can be found at NAPAMA.org
